We will send our address after your booking is confirmed and before check-in day.

We are located 2 miles east of Orrick, MO.   Just plug in Orrick, MO if you need to see how close we are to the locations you will visit.

Cancel 2 or more days before your stay for a full refund.  After the 2 days there is a one night penalty.  For example if you have stayed one night but reserved 5 nights, you will receive a refund for 3 nights.

After you have stayed for a week or longer we can discuss a longer stay.  There will be a rental agreement.
